Attorney Profiles

James W. Anderson's law practice spans all areas of business and commercial law, including litigation, entity formation, tax planning, and general business and commercial transactions. In 2002, Mr. Anderson was awarded the James A. Valeo Scholarship by the Utah State Bar, Corporate Counsel Section, for excellence in business law courses. Mr. Anderson has an undergraduate degree in Accounting, and has worked in the tax department of an international accounting firm.

Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Westminster College of Salt Lake City (B.A., Summa Cum Laude, 2000) and the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah (J.D. 2003) where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a staff editor of the Utah Law Review. Mr. Anderson clerked for a large Salt Lake law firm while as a law student, working primarily in the commercial litigation department. Immediately following law school, Mr. Anderson joined Miller Guymon, P.C.
