Paxton R. Guymon's law practice spans all areas of real estate law, including litigation, foreclosures, land use and zoning, acquisitions and development, landlord-tenant disputes and general real estate transactions.  He also handles a variety of corporate dissolution and partnership disputes and general commercial matters.  He also handles complex personal injury litigation and public investor claims against national investment brokerage firms.  Mr. Guymon has been selected as an instructor for the National Business Institute for topics including Evictions and Landlord-Tenant law in Utah , and Real Estate Litigation in Utah .  Mr. Guymon was a licensed real estate sales agent before attending law school.

Mr. Guymon is a graduate of the University of Utah (Honors B.A., Magna Cum Laude, 1995) and the University of Utah College of Law (J.D. 1998) where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the Utah Law Review.  Following law school, Mr. Guymon served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Justice Leonard Russon on the Utah Supreme Court.  Mr. Guymon was a member of both the litigation and real estate departments of a large national law firm before joining Blake D. Miller as the founding partners of Miller Guymon, P.C.
